Savv-e is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders and keep track of your licences.

If you are a registered user, we will offer to send you additional information about new products, services and special deals. You have the option not receive these types of communications and you may request at any time to stop receiving our communications.

Savv-e uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Savv-e only last while browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.

On Savv-e Central you may find links to other web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

Pricing policy

Savv-e pricing is carefully monitored by our staff to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax), but payment can also be made in the other currencies shown on the Payments screen.

Security policy

All payments made on the Savv-e Central website are processed through the WorldPay secure payment processing system service. This is a completely secure transaction environment: payment details are captured and processed on the WorldPay servers and protected by a host of encryption techniques which are continually updated. Any communication between you and WorldPay is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by your browser using 128 Bit SSL. You are also protected from fraudulent use of your credit card by your card issuer.

Return and refund policy

If you are not satisfied with any Savv-e Central program, please email support@savvecentral.com.au

Savv-e's sole discretion, Savv-e may refund the purchase price of a product when:
-The product has been proven to be defective by the Savv-e technical support team
-A licence has not been activated and the product has been demonstrated to be unsuitable for the required purpose
Savv-e cannot offer a refund when:
-A product has been used contrary to the technical guidelines and minimum platform specification issued with the product
-A licence has been activated and the product is not deemed to be defective
