Bullying Awareness in the Field 2014

Course description

Support a culture of tolerance and respect in your workplace and meet your compliance requirements. By exploring a number of realistic scenarios, learners are asked to consider and reflect on the behaviours that constitute bullying, the effects of bullying, as well as their own attitudes towards bullying.

After completing the module, your learners will be able to:
- display respectful, tolerant behaviour towards workmates and clients that aligns with your organisation’s anti-bullying policy
- describe the effects of bullying on individuals and the workplace
- describe what to do if confronted by, or witness to bullying behaviour in the workplace
- identify attitudes, beliefs and organisational factors which can lead to bullying
- identify the difference between measures taken to improve performance and bullying behaviours
- identify when bullying becomes a criminal offence
