At Savv-e’s sole discretion, Savv-e may refund the purchase price of a product when:

  1. The product has been proven to be defective by the Savv-e technical support team
  2. A licence has not been activated and the product has been demonstrated to be unsuitable for the required purpose

Savv-e cannot offer a refund when:

  1. A product has been used contrary to the technical guidelines and minimum platform specification issued with the product
  2. A licence has been activated and the product is not deemed to be defective

Problem: When launching the module, it says I need Flash Player 8 or Higher
Description & Fix: Download and Install Flash Player. Once installed successfully you will be able to view the modules/courses.
