Return and refund policy

If you are not satisfied with any Savv-e Central program, please click the contact us link.

Savv-e’s sole discretion, Savv-e may refund the purchase price of a product when:
* The product has been proven to be defective by the Savv-e technical support team
* A licence has not been activated and the product has been demonstrated to be unsuitable for the required purpose
Savv-e cannot offer a refund when:
* A product has been used contrary to the technical guidelines and minimum platform specification issued with the product
* A licence has been activated and the product is not deemed to be defective

Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link and you will be sent your password to the email address you specify.

Install Flash Player

Problem: When launching the module, it says I need Flash Player 8 or higher
Description and fix: Download and install Flash player. Once installed you will be able to view the course(s).
Download: Go to the Adobe home page to download Flash Player - http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
